Better Human Book Signing by Ronda Conger - wednesday, December 16, 2015

Learn the secrets behind becoming a better human. One thing that’s not a secret? Doing so is a full-time job. It takes discipline to become a better human in your own life. Better Human is not just a book; it’s a branded movement to help you excel at everything you do in life. Whether you’re an executive, employee or entrepreneur, Better Human gives you the knowledge and direction to adjust the very fabric of your life. Ronda Conger practices what she preaches by leading, inspiring and sharing what she has learned with others. Her book and the Better Human movement will show you the way.

ABOUT RONDA CONGER

Some say she was raised by wolves, others claim truckers. No matter what her upbringing, this super woman has flourished in a male dominated industry for 22 years. Beginning in the wild, wild West of Las Vegas in 1993 with KB Homes, a top five national homebuilder, Ronda Conger, has staked her claim as the Vice President of Idaho’s largest homebuilder, CBH Homes, where she leads the CBH troops daily, overseeing all areas of the company for the past twelve years.

Her resume doesn’t stop there. As owner of a real estate company and a mining company, a board member of the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, and a cabinet member for the Treasure Valley YMCA, she happily serves as an active member of the Boise business community.

It’s been rumored her high energy and passion come from shot gunning red bulls daily, but she’ll tell you it comes from her incredibly hot husband, Jim Conger (just ask her) and her two sons.

She thanks the heavens each day for this incredible journey and is so very grateful for the opportunity to serve and love all those that she comes in contact with.

Meet the staff: Courtney

Meet Courtney- she is our paper-pushin veteran since she is the only O.P.P. from our orig store on Fairview! Although she is obsessed with unicorns, Pokémon and rainbow colors, she is still most definitely the least colorful thing in the store since she is also obsessed with dressing in black!

We love our sweet little Courtney, she is so rad- plus, her design skills are "on fleek" or whatever the kids are saying these days. #youngemployeesarekeepinguscool #ortrying

Tell us a little bit about you and your background: my name is Courtney, I've been a the PP for over two years now! I have a background in graphic design, dance, and sarcastic comedy.

What is your favorite part about working at Paperie + Pen? My favorite part about this job is definitely how much it's turned me into a paper nerd. Telling the difference between 10 different types of white card stock is like my go-to party trick.

When your are not working, what do you enjoy doing in your free time? Usually I'm watching Netflix, or participating in street dance battles.

What are 4 superficial things you can’t live without? Lipstick iPhone Flannels around the waist Hoop earrings

Favorite Celebrity Crush: Channing Tatum would be the obvious choice.

What is your best on-hand joke? What kind of shoes do ninjas wear? Sneakers.

It’s hard to explain puns to kleptomaniacs because they always take things, literally.
